Plant Lovers, Mark Your Calendar: Windham Garden Club Sale, Raffle & Garden Treasures

The Windham Garden Club’s popular annual Plant Sale returns Saturday, May 16, from 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at 61 Kendall Pond Rd. Shoppers will find a wide variety of perennials, houseplants, annuals, herbs, and vegetables—plus the always-favorite Garden Treasures table featuring gently used gardening items.

This year’s sale also features patriotic-themed items in honor of America’s 250th, along with a couple of door prizes. Master Gardeners will be on site to answer questions and help you choose the right plants for your yard and garden. Parking is available on the property (follow posted signs and parking attendants); please do not park on the street.

Raffle prizes include beautiful herb planters, flowering hanging baskets, perennial plants, garden-themed baskets, and hand-crafted items (and more). Tickets are $2 each and will be available online at www.windhamgardenclubplantsale.org starting the evening of Saturday, May 9, as well as at the plant sale. The raffle closes at noon on Sunday, May 17; winners will be drawn Sunday afternoon and notified.

Proceeds from the Plant Sale support Windham through the Nancy Surette Memorial Scholarships (two $2,000 awards) and the Arthur Baker Community Investment Grants. For updates and details, visit www.windhamgardenclubplantsale.org.
